Excellent Hotel near Water Transportation

water buses early check-in breakfast variety

The hotel is located close to water buses. This made getting around simple. I found the staff accommodating. They allowed an early check-in. Breakfast offered sufficient variety. It helped start the day well. The hotel is new. The private parking garage was a bonus.

The locked heating settings proved an inconvenience. Adjustments required contacting the lobby. I wish this could be controlled directly from the room. It was the only downside . Hopefully, they fix it soon.

mixed feelings about my stay.

unattentive staff limited transport

the cleaning staff did not seem attentive. i requested my room be cleaned for four days, with the sign on the door. even after speaking with a staff member nothing happened, it was frustrating. i expected better service . the distance to main attractions is considerable and transport options are limited at night. i should have stayed closer to st mark's square.

fantastic stay, highly recommend!

great location public option

The hotel location is great for transportation. The boat taxi stop makes attractions accessible. i found the boat taxi public option affordable and easy to use. the hotel rooms were cleaned daily, which i totally appreciated.

i had to pay extra for it upon arrival. this wasn't ideal for my budget.

unreliable internet unsafe lamps

The internet connection in the room was unreliable. Some lamps was unsafe because of potential electrical issues. This was concerning. Staff repeatedly asked for my room number at breakfast, disruptive.
